Cancellation Policy

At Ara-Luxury, we aim to process all orders quickly. Customers may cancel their order any time before it is dispatched. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, the customer may refuse the order at the time of delivery.

The cancellation window may vary depending on product type. Once this window expires, cancellation may not be allowed or may attract a cancellation charge.

In the rare event that Ara-Luxury must cancel an order due to stock or operational issues, a full refund will be issued for prepaid orders within 7–10 working days.

Ara-Luxury reserves the right to accept or reject cancellation requests at its discretion.

Returns Policy

Ara-Luxury provides a simple and customer-friendly return experience. Our products fall under the categories listed below. Each category has its own return window and conditions. Kindly review the specific return policy for the product at the time of purchase.

The return policy is divided into three parts. Please read all sections carefully to understand when returns, exchanges, or replacements are accepted.

Part 1 – Category, Return Window and Conditions

Part 2 – Returns Pick-Up & Processing

We offer doorstep pickup for returns wherever available. You may request pickup to a different address only if serviceability allows.

During pickup, your product will be checked for the following conditions:

Correct Product Product name, batch number, and packaging must match the original shipment.
Complete Product All accessories, samples, and freebies must be returned.
Unused & Sealed Products must be unopened, unwashed, and in original condition. Due to hygiene standards, opened skincare cannot be returned.
Undamaged Product No damage, leakage, spills, or tampering should be present.
Undamaged Packaging Outer and inner packaging must be intact.

If any of the above conditions are not met, the pickup executive may refuse the return.

Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.

Part 3 – General Rules for a Successful Return

1. If the seller cannot provide a replacement due to stock unavailability, a refund will be issued instead.

2. For missing or damaged accessories within a product, Ara-Luxury may issue a partial refund or replace the accessory depending on availability.

3. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please report it at the time of delivery or within 24 hours with unboxing proof.

4. Products marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page will not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged on arrival.

Ara-Luxury reserves the right to limit or deny returns based on prior transaction history or breach of return policy.
